Refund policy

Our Return Policy 

We offer a 14 day return period and follow standard right-of-withdrawal regulations. Items must be unused, in original condition, with proof of purchase. Late returns (after 14 days) or damaged/missing parts (not our fault) may only receive partial refunds. Your order confirmation email contains all the necessary return instructions. 

Refund process 

Ensure items are in their original condition and securely packaged to prevent shipping damage . Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. This notification will confirm receipt of your item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days 

Exchanges 

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at studio@martinwhatson.com with your order details, and we'll send you the return address and instructions.  

Return Shipping Costs & Refunds

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If a refund is issued, the cost of the return shipping will be subtracted from the total refund amount. 

Exchanges & Shipping Insurance

Delivery times for exchanged items will vary based on your location. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
